items purchased on rataroem.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• items all must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• items must be returned in their accompanied brand packaging, undamaged as it's considered part of the product.
• the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• we reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

• state your order number and the item you wish to return.
• place the item inside the original packaging.
• arrange for the parcel to be shipped back to the return adress below, preferably sending it traceable.

refund

all returns fulfilling the above criteria and are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. once delivered to RATA ROEM, returns may take up to 14 business days to process. upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be generated. please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times. the original shipping cost and/or shipping cost for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
